Sunseeker Superyacht Management came into existence only a few months ago. Lead by husband and wife team Ben and Victoria Young, SSYM builds on their previous business in superyacht captain placement and sees them expanding into a full-spectrum superyacht management service, responsible for the launches, safety inspections and day to day management of the multi-million pound vessels owned by their clients.

The combination of their extra-ordinary skills and experience and partnership with the superyacht manufacturers Sunseeker meant that their business underwent explosive organic growth upon launch. They turned to us when looking for the information and communications infrastructure they needed, immediately and within the context of their existing cashflow.

Not only were they trustees of their clients enormous capital investments, they were also the guardians of large amounts of confidential data, leading to a requirement for datacentre levels of information integrity and security but provided within a small office environment.

In combination with the Melbourne based development team, we sourced, built and fitted on-site a server and backup solution consisting of bulletproof hardware RAID storage and nightly off-site replication via an encrypted connection.
